What happened to Schoolasaurus?
I have always had a passion for dinosaurs Schoolasaurus has evolved in to Prehistoric Sparkle!
Schoolasaurus workshops will be coming back soon.
What is your refunds and returns policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me with 14 days of buying and I will do my best to resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.
I cannot accept products returned after 28 days of you receiving them.
Personalised or customised products, including bespoke wall prints/art and personalised clothing/gifts cannot be returned for a refund as they are made to order, unless they are damaged or faulty.
What are the best paints to use on my plaster casts?
All paints can be used on the plaster casts. Acrylics or poster paints are the best as they will leave a brighter colour for longer.
Delivery & Shipping
All orders are made to order so please allow 1-2 working days processing time and then your order will be dispatched 1st class with Royal Mail.
My product arrived damaged or faulty what can you do?
I re-use bubble wrap and other packaging materials wherever possible. I try to protect my products as much as I can but sometimes unfortunately accidents will happen. Get in touch with me via the contact page or at prehistoricsparkle@gmail.com
A full refund or a replacement item can then be offered.
Will you refund the cost of returning a product to you?
Unfortunately I cannot refund postage costs to return a product if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase.
Once I have received your returned product and have all the information, I will process your refund as soon as possible.
